“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“With a reservation you should at least get a room. Looking west to Dillon Reservoire. We had a room looking over the front parking lot and firestation. Disappointing as it's our annual stay to ride road bikes over Vail Pass. Why charge for surface parking.”

The room was top notch clean as well as the lobby and communal areas. The outdoor area is warm, inviting with an abundance of seating and fire pits. I look forward to future stays at Kindred!”

“If you’re looking for a super clean well maintained property, this is not for you. If you’re looking for cheap with nice staff, go for it. The bed was comfy enough & the AC worked well. There’s some sketchy people hanging around the front & back of the property. I wouldn’t recommend for a single woman. Don’t trust the pictures on the website…”
