「The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. 「We stayed as a group of 4 people for 4 nights in the Penthouse apartment. Everything was excellent. If there was one critique it would only be that one bathroom has the hand held shower within a high bath which is not always suitable but the other bathroom was a flat walk in shower. Highly recommend, great for socialising with the upstairs rooftop area too. Fantastic stay」
