The Space:

As you arrive in the secluded courtyard, you will see the modern double fronted townhouse on your right. Upon entering, the stylish open-plan kitchen and dining room welcomes you on your left. This bright space, illuminated by floor-to-ceiling French windows that open onto outside space where there is a seating area, is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and smart TV. It also provides seating for six, making it ideal for entertaining guests.



The light and airy first bedroom, conveniently located on ground level, offers a comfortable double bed and ample wardrobe space for storage. Adjacent to this bedroom is a Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom, accessible from both the kitchen and the bedroom. This bathroom features a walk-in shower, a WC, a basin, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer, providing all the necessary amenities.



Ascending to the first floor, you will discover a spacious sitting room furnished with luxurious sofas, a warming wood-burning stove for those cooler evenings, and a smart TV and stereo system for entertainment. This room also provides access to a balcony, complete with a table and chairs, offering a delightful outdoor space, perfect for that early evening glass of fizz! The open-plan living room seamlessly leads to spacious office area, equipped with desk and chair, ideal for those needing a dedicated workspace. For those arriving by air, Bristol Airport (BRS) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. Free parking is available on the premises. Uber and local taxi services are readily available in Bath.
