"This has been my regular 'go-to' hotel whenever I go to KL. Their service has always been good but this time round, housekeeping has slacken as I was left with THREE pathetic pieces of tissue in the box! I didn't bother to call for service because I was staying only a night. But I felt it's just not the expected service like the last time."

"Got upgraded to a Deluxe room, which is a corner room. Gym is 24 hours, 2 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, a few weights machines and free weights. The pool looks nice but pretty small. Didnt have breakfast but had the chicken satay and fresh orange juice. They were good."
