“Although the building is old, the overall atmosphere is very comfortable. Staff are polite and helpful. It is surprised to have breakfast provided if you are able to wake up early enough and the 24-hour beverage bar is always a nice facility. The only disappointing item is that we couldn't take any one glass of free wine even though we had spent two nights there as free wine could only be provided between 5 to 6pm; how could we come back to take it in the middle of the day while travelling in……

“The uncle at the front desk was so fierce that he always blamed me for not opening the door, but when I was near the door, he began to scream all the time.”

“The service attitude of the staff here is poor and unprofessional at all. I booked a big bed room, but it turned into a double room. Besides, there is no shower or water in the shower room. When I call the staff and ignore me, I will never go there again.”

“It was loud in the night sometimes and since it’s in the San Francisco city, there were a lot of homeless people (it’s normal for SF but you should definitely be aware of that!) other than that it was okay, there’s no own parking space from the hotel so we parked at a garage which was 35$ a day and it was good! Fyi it was the cheapest one (it was on Geary street) ”
