“The room was small but clean. The bathroom is outside under a roof (mostly private, but you can potentially hear your neighbors. The breakfast was the same menu options each day but good quality. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool in the courtyard is open during the day, but does not offer much shade. The distance to Padang Padang beach cannot be beat. There are many local stores and restaurants within walking distance”

“The staff was wonderful & friendly. When we first arrived we thought the location & hotel looked wonderful but unfortunately the room didn’t work out for us. It was rainy season & it was extremely moldy & musty smelling. I had an asthma attack within only a few minutes of being in the room & had to leave. My daughter developed a very bad headache in a short time frame as well. The staff was very understanding & concerned & helped us with Expedia to refund our money. ”

“這一次我並沒有使用泳池，所以這一項我沒有評分，但是看起來很不錯，我很喜歡我住的兩層樓樹屋，空間寬敞，裡面的設計感也很有居家的感覺不張揚的舒適，一早推門或坐在廳裡就可以看到外面的綠蔭，整體的環境自然，這個地方並沒有太多的房間，所以很舒適，工作人員也很熱心。”

“Our stay was incredible! The staff were so amazing and helpful! We were able to arrange transport to and from the airport with Jimmy! Adit was so kind to welcome us when we arrived and explained everything to us! The property was incredible. Our room was spectacular, such a dream! The location is a close walk to lots of cafes and shopping as well. Highly recommend this place to stay! We so hope to be back!”

“Room was very cute, staff was extremely kind. Food although was beautiful i found to be a little underwhelmimg when it came to execution. Few things about technique that i broight up when asked about my food, they came back saying that the way its done, now as a french trained chef i felt the need not let the man splaining slide. I know what appropriate technique is, amd if i hadnt repeatedly been pressed about why i didnt eat something i wouldnt have said anything. Food was plentiful,……

“The pool was enjoyable with a beautiful view. Our pool chair was covered the whole time we were at the hotel. We weren’t able to open the umbrella at all. When checking in they said they will come and open the umbrella for the sun and the pool chair cover at 0700am but never happened. The staff were really friendly. An issue we had was that we got a message saying our stay will have breakfast included, but when checking in they said no that message we received from Expedia was wrong. Which is……

“The room smelled so disgusting. It was so bad that I spent the whole day outside and checked out early ( although there was no one in the lobby at 8:30 pm). The room was dirty and had no amenities like shampoo. Unfortunate because the pool is nice with beautiful landscaping and its in a good location. Just clean the room fix the broken screens on windows and clean the moldy ac unit. ”

“第一晚到達酒店時大約凌晨1點多 發現車輛無法到達, 要經過一條小路還要自行搬行李落小條一山路 (88級樓梯) 不過抬頭可看到一片很多星星的夜空, 還有海浪聲, 早上一打開門更是十分美麗的風景, 建議如入住請帶較小的行李 或做背包客 早餐不錯 員工也很親切, 不過晚上8點30後便沒有員工, 起碼要等待到12點才有。 因為近海 房間內也有昆蟲, 請帶備驅蟲藥。 如要飲用熱水也要跟員工索取”
