The free breakfast is your average, with yogart, some fruit, breads, and cereals to choose from. Fair price for what it is."

"This is is great for adventurers with & without children, the RV park is clean, they have high pressure water, private bathrooms with showers, ect, there are two each, washers and dryers, the RV Park is pet favorable, pets on leashes firmly requested (fines possible during busy seasons), responsible pet owners required, there is hiking, & four wheeling in the canyons, biking, & road adventures in the local canyons. Moab is 34 miles away (South), fuel & conveniences store by the Interstate off-ramp. "

"The tent itself was nice and clean, and the property generally seemed nicely maintained. Unfortunately a ferocious howling wind blew up unexpectedly, which ripped open the tent's door flap (which we'd had cinched down tightly) and throttled the roof canvas; the cold of that wind blew through the additional door curtain and every space that wasn't solidly closed. We also had the vague expectation we could find something to eat that wasn't gas station food or a way to cook something--Ballard's office building has no options for folks to heat up food either--so that was also unpleasant."
