"The Baan Manali is an excellent resort for the price. It's on a lovely stretch of beach, they serve up amazing food and drinks, wifi is excellent and staff are very friendly.
The rooms are a bit dated, but this adds to the charm of the resort. You won't find many good restaurants nearby, but this is the case in most areas and a scooter hire is almost essential in Koh Phangan if you want to explore the island and restaurants."
