“The space of the guest room is big enough and is quite clean. I like the view from the balcony of my room which I can see the canal and a nice sky view.”

“Really enjoyed my stay at this townhouse. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, which made it easy to relax. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a smooth stay. The backyard was a great bonus. This was a great balance of comfort, convenience, and privacy. I’d definitely stay here again!”

“Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. ”

“The truth is, it was better than I expected — quite comfortable. I only have one small recommendation: it would be great to have an account on Netflix or another streaming platform (such as Prime Video or Disney+) so guests could watch movies.”

“Booked and paid in advance. Staff with initial RB is really nice and gave me parking pass and knew I already paid. However, since I arrived early than 4pm check in time, have to comeback to check in later. Another staff seems did not know I paid. I was charged again at a lower rate (foubd out from credit card statement two fays later) and gave a room already occupied by someone. Then got another room with dirty carpet, light bulb outtage and shower head spred watereverywhere. Called them to……

“Staff is excellent and always available. Room was clean, plenty of towels, a little worn, but newer sheets and pillow. I would have given a 5 star but the breakfast was just cereal, bread, jam and butter. They have a toaster and microwave. The coffee was excellent and always fresh which a big surprise. For the money well worth it. Parking is free and plentiful. Too long a walk to the Falls, but the Parkway bus is just across the road and so easy to use. Leave the car and enjoy Niagara”

“Good linen and pillows. Good location. At over $300 per night with tax and parking, it was overpriced. Carpets in the hallway were severely worn, buckled to the point of being a tripping hazard and disgustingly filthy. The room size was adequate but aged. One office/desk chair. Millwork in the room and bathroom was old and in dire need of repair. Bathroom fixtures were also old and stained, especially around the drain in the bathtub”

“The toilet paper box is broken, there is no shower head in the bathroom, and the hair dryer wasn't working and can't be used. Quadruple room only provides towels for two people. ”
