「When I arrived, the staff was very helpful and kind, which I appreciated. However, after that initial interaction, I felt neglected. My room was not serviced during my stay, the sheets were not changed, and I had to come downstairs to request fresh towels myself. Basic items such as tissues were not replenished. When I was checking out, a staff member offered to clean the room, but by that point it was no longer helpful since I was leaving. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, and...

「Very cozy and felt homey. Staff was super helpful and everything was clean and tidy. Parking was convenient and everything was stocked well. Excellent stay.」
