“Stayed in the Gladstone - lovely room and comfortable bed. Bathroom was fabulous with a super shower. Checking in was easy, arrived late but the gentleman was very polite and helpful. Breakfast had plenty to choose from with good options, staff were also lovely. Really enjoyed our stay! ”

“Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel offers an excellent location right next to the Watford Junction station, and a 5-muinutes walk to the Watford High Street. The room was clean and well-maintained. We opted for the breakfast and it was a good choice. Not a wide food selection but everything served was of great quality. Very nice coffee too! The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.”

“Staff were very good, we arrived quite late at night because of the train mishap. It was raining and cold, we were made welcome and shown to rooms until we were happy with the choice!, room was warm clean and tidy. Breakfast was great lunch was delicious. A wonderful memorable stay will go again definitely!”

“Country style hotel, small but comfy. Room is clean, but a little bit old. Its breakfast is great, services free English style full breakfast, and cooks after taking order.”

“The room was stunning , the staff was absolutely lovely , and the pillows were the comfiest pillows ever lol Would think it would be loud on a friday night as its above a pub but didn’t hear a sound so i slept like a baby Highly rect ”

“El hotel está muy bien. A las afueras de la ciudad. Al lado de supermercados y macdonals. Habitación y baño amplios y cómodos. La cama demasiado blanda para mi gusto, pero esto es algo personal. Sin ascensor. Desayuno con todo lo necesario. Personal super amable. Recomendado 100%.”

“We have stayed here four or five times now and always such a nice base to visit family close by. Always a warm welcome and great breakfast to start the day. Warm room and comfortable bed. Shared bathroom is kept very clean. Free parking is a bonus.”
