“The property is well located nearby the beach I would recommend some improvements for the equipment ( new kitchen ustensiles, new washing machine, TV )”

“Excellent property, with only 13 rooms there is no hustle and bustle. Very clean and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would definitely become a repeat visitor.”

“The room we had was excellent. The little bar on site was was also very cool and welcoming. The only downside keeping me from giving an overall 5-star review was the loud music from the bar that went well into the evening and then into the morning. I would certainly stay again…but I’ll bring the ear plugs next time :-) ”

“Staying at Idle awhile cliff is a great stay, however be aware of the very idle vibe. Things are extremely relaxed. Most people go out for dinner in the evenings, so staff is normally gone by 7pm on the dot. This property has so much potential but I am afraid it’s a tad bit neglected because it is the smaller of the 3 properties. The concept of the room is amazing. At night it’s extremely dark in this area and away from most of what’s happening on the west end. Upon arriving we notice a few……

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and walking the beach”

“The room was nice and the air conditioning worked well. We saw one staff person when checking in and had to search the property for someone to check out the next morning. There was No breakfast. It was also advertised as having an onsite Restaurant and Bar. There was neither. That was one of the reasons we chose this place. We just wanted a place to get dinner and drinks and be able to relax on our travel day. Overall the room was fine. There were No amenities.”

“The overall of the hotel is very good. They have a team of very friendly staffs and you will enjoy the stay there with them. The hotel is just in front of the beach that after you breakfast, you can immediately walk into the beach in seconds to enjoy the sun.”

“Location beautiful, staff pleasant”

“The room was nice and cozy, with AC and a fan. The bathroom was equipped with a line for wet bathsuits and had hot water. There's a bar on site, and when I expressed a preference for Red Stripe Mango, it was stocked at the bar. I was got rides to various local establishments, including 7-mile Beach. I was also able to secure R/T airport transfer for a very reasonable fee. This was my first time on the Westend, and I really enjoyed my stay at Paradise on the Rock. I will definitely come back.……

“The breakfast was delicious. There was no WiFi to the TV’s so therefore we could not log into our Netflix or any other streaming. ”

“The property needs some work- the room is a nice finctional design with a personal patio, however it needs TLC, and the bathroom needs to modernized, looks institutional. ”

“Honestly, if you’re not looking for something extremely lavish but still cozy for a nice trip to Jamaica, I’d recommend this place. They have events different days of the week and it’s right on the beach so you don’t have to leave the resort too much unless you’re exploring with the locals. I’d definitely stay here again.”
