"My husband and I stayed here for one night and had a good overall experience. The room was nice and clean, though a bit on the smaller side—but perfectly fine for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and the heater warmed up the room really well, which made it cozy. The breakfast could use a little improvement. There were quite a few sweet options, but not as many healthier choices—just apples for fruit, no bananas. They did have toast and oatmeal, though. One highlight was definitely the coffee machine—it was excellent! You could make coffee, lattes, or macchiatos, which was a really nice touch. The location is great—you can walk just about anywhere downtown, which made everything super convenient. For the price we paid ($116), it was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again. "Bathroom in our first room was terrible, mold, a damaged ceiling. Carpet in the room was not clean, and the sheets were stained. The staff was accommodating and moved us to a new, marginally better room. The property is old and run down. The staff was kind."

"I made this reservation believing it was near the grand canyon. It was one of very few hotels recommended to me when I was looking for a hotel at the grand canyon. I was beyond frustrated to find that it was over an hour away from the Grand Canyon. That fact altered our trip and was a huge hassle to get back to the grand canyon as it was an extra 2 hours of driving per day from the hotel's location. Then I had to call up the maintenance man 3 times to help fix a terribly loud buzzing noise in our room. Lastly, I thought I booked a reservation with breakfast included and in the morning was told that breakfast was not included in our reservation. The only 2 parameters I was looking for in the reservation were proximity to the Grand Canyon and breakfast included. It was a huge disappointment to find neither were provided as offered. "

"Williams is an excellent place to travel from to access the grand canyon national park. The star hotel is located on the riad oyt of town to the park. It took one hour exactly. The host was welcoming and room very clean."
