Hi, we are truly sorry for the duplicate payment and inconvenience caused. As advised yesterday it was new member to our team, these systems from various OTAs can be baffling in the early days. We offered to refund via the phone but our system didn't allow us to refund/part refund without card either being present or the security code for manual. I have spoken to our card company today to explain the difficulties and we are now enabled to part refund without any details. I am sorry this happened to you but it will not happen to anyone else now going forward. To try and make a mense I have made a further refund to your card to test the new refund option worked. I hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday and find some Highland cows. Kind Regards Theresa
