「Very helpful staff. Close to everything and especially restaurants like Monsieur Louis on Pl. Saint-Sauveur. Only small complaint would be how tight the bathroom was. A tall person would have trouble sitting on the toilet in the room I had on the 4th floor. But nice view from the balcony.」

「We stayed here only for sleep. It's an ordinary hotel located at the outskirt of Caen. Room was clean and cozy, and they supplies breakfast. There's parking lot for guests.(free) And the price was super cheap. Totally recommended if you just want to take a rest from a long drive.」

「We liked the Holiday Inn Express Caen/Epron. It was new, very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The only drawback is there isn’t anything within walking distance. It’s kind of in a business area so you can’t walk to a cafe or even a grocery store. We had a car and were comfortable driving everywhere so it wasn’t a problem but it could be if you’re expecting it to be in an area that is walkable. 」

「Overall this is good location, within 10 min walk of most restaurants. Parking is easy, right out front. Quiet street. Elevator would have been nice, but not critical.」

「An amazing hotel chain, our ferry was delayed big time, did not arrive until after 8am but staff were welcoming, 2 hours of the best sleep possible and was ready for the drive ahead. I have already looked for more ace hotels and i know i will be using them again, brillint for value, top for customer service Sophie was fantastic, bed was comfy and room was spotless, thank you for your efforts, we will be back」

「The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.」

The breakfast was to die for and we really enjoyed dining at the restaurant in The Bar. The location was very convenient for exploring Normandy. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful.
