Lobby was nice with games for the kids but rooms were very small and not very clean. Wish there was an easy breakfast option, we had to walk out to find some cafes in the morning. Easy to walk to many things at Pier 39 and near, but probably wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The airport shuttle comes very infrequently, so be ready for a long wait at the airport, but the hotel itself states its times so you'll at least know when to expect it so you can get to the airport on time."
