"The rooms didn’t smell so great, but outside of the the staff was awesome and the kids had a blast. Definitely a grea stay when yoh are in SF. Down the street from the piers. So much to-do in a walking distance. "

"Great location to see SF on foot. Plenty to do and see all within a 2-3 walking distance and easy access to public transportation when venturing further out. Basic room with everything you need. Kind, courteous staff. Plenty of communal area in lobby to work, chat or grab a drink"

"We had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff were great and ready to help. Anything we were needing was addressed quickly, even during Super Bowl weekend. I was expecting lag at some point but was very pleasantly surprised it was all smooth sailing. Extra kudos to Ben for making our stay a very enjoyable and personal experience. The hotel is a couple easy blocks from the Warf so it was very convenient. Make sure the enjoy the outdoor fire pits if you decide on a night in."

"Great location. Small, but comfortable rooms. Free coffee and cookies every morning. No AC, (windows open) but didn’t need it. SF is cool in Feb. Would definitely recommend."
