“I was in town early for my daughter's wedding and needed a place to stay before my wedding condo was available. As it turned out, the unit was right next door to the Wedding Estate in Kingsmill. The unit was nicely appointed and decorated with great views of the James River from the back deck. It was within walking distance of the Marina, Golf Course, Tennis Club, Resort Center and Marina Restaurant. A great place to stay!!”

“A Sea Glass Dream really is a dream come true if you are heading to Virginia Beach. The condo is walking distance to the beach/boardwalk and many excellent eateries. The unit itself is pristine and very comfortable. The sea glass themed decor is so nicely done. Cynthia is the best host we have ever dealt with using VRBO and we are frequent travelers.We had to have a package mailed to us (unexpectedly) during our stay and Cynthia generously helped us make it happen. We were given a welcome gift with snacks, laundry detergent, paper plates and a toy for our dog. We loved how the property was a short walk away to the beach. “Amazing spot in Virginia Beach’s ViBe district! We loved our stay - this was a perfect location for us during our stay for the 2025 VB 10 miler event. Just a few blocks from the beach, this three-level condo was a comfortable, clean, enjoyable stay. We appreciated having two parking spots literally right in front of the condo! The top level has a balcony which is great for enjoying morning coffee from Fathom Coffee which is right down the block! Great nearby spots include Lolly’s (ice cream),……

“Great Location, Views from the windows and the deck were Spectacular! It was so clean, quiet and the perfect place to stay. Having your own private parking space and being able to walk to just about anything you wanted or needed was so nice. We will be back!!Betty was very helpful, and we appreciated that.”
