“Smartments Berlin Karlshorst is for those who travel on a budget. I travel a lot and prefer to stay in apartment hotels. I think this hotel is one of the best in this category. A minute walk to the public transport, 10-15 minutes ride to the city center. The hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful ( special thanks to Ms.Pilar), rooms are cozy and if you need extra supplies, there is a room for that on every floor. Yes, I recommend this hotel, and when again in Berlin will stay at Smartments……

“Should pay attention for the cleanliness of the toilet seat with brown stains, I tried to remove them but in vain.The floor is dirty too.Much debris in the bathroom and the area near window.I swept the floor by myself. Yet the whole building is quite Located in a quiet place.”
