"Was a beautiful hotel. The luxury pool side in lobby is by far the best part of the hotel and many things are great here. Be sure to pay the extra for breakfast because you can chose anything off the menus to be made for you and there is buffet options coffee, juice, all unlimited included if you pay for breakfast everything was delicious too. They have free massages by the pool side. Passion fruit icy with cream included by pool side. Second poll on roof with another bar up there. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are nice size and bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend "

"Wonderful service, huge room (2 bedroom suite) and the included breakfast and happy hour in the Regency club provided more than enough fresh and delicious food we had no need for lunches. I 100% recommend the Hyatt Regency Cartagena. "

"The best hotel stay in my life. Im a frequent traveler, and so far, this was the best experience of my life. The staff was super courteous, kind, and attentive. They love their job and havw the most welcoming demeanor ever. The cleaning crew us as amazing. The whole hotel is spotless. Rooms are pristine.Will definitely come back again soon!! "This was a clean and emasculate place. The sheets and pillows were clean. The staff were friendly their English was perfect. The water was hot. Although the pool was not working the rooftop had an amazing view so breathtaking. The food was great the price was reasonable for the number of days we stayed. It was in a quiet area with a nice mix. I wish I had known about this place sooner. I would recommend this place to anyone."
