You'll also be near several other world-renowned beaches, lush parks, and unique destinations like the fun, seaside town of Puerto Nuevo aka 'the Legendary Lobster Village!'

Step inside this pristine abode and discover a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one - perfect for entertaining! Prepare exquisite Mexican dishes (or any favorite recipe) in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. Then, retreat to the air-conditioned living room and spend an entertaining evening watching your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming services.

Things to Know
Since we are an eco-friendly place, please note that the pool is heated by solar energy. Therefore, we can't guarantee the water temperature.
Children under the age of 15 are strictly prohibited from entering the jacuzzi, even under parental supervision. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a fine.
This vacation rental is pet-friendly. The fee is $35/pet per reservation and paid in cash upon check-in at the security gate. Vacasa cannot receive payment over the phone or online. There is not a weight restriction.

You must register prior to check-in. (More details sent via email post booking.) Daily fees apply to all guests who do not register.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Property was clean but did had a sewer smell but after, it went away the smell. It is really nice and beautiful view to the ocean. Jacuzzi was warm not even hot very disappointed. What i really didn’t like was how much I had to do in order to book this property so much steps.
