“The pictures in the website and actual pictures are different. It is not Good for families. The appliances are not working. I gave a complaint, but no one come to fix it. The AC is not good too. Restrooms are not good. There are no soap or shampoo. The breakfast is not good. Very less items. Only the motel is at top of the hill, views are good. There is a small balcony, it is no use, we can't sit out side. Beds are horrible, it will make lot of noise and it will hurt your back. If you have a……

“Room was nice ! Bathroom nice with an extra big shower . I like that they had the old school bottles of shampoo & Con. As well as bar soap. I don't like those dispensers! Plenty of towels & a blow dryer . Hard bed but fine . Soft sheets and ok pillows . There was no iron or board; no fridge . I was surprised with that as those seem pretty basic nowadays . Staff was very nice ;) check in was easy. Parking in back of hotel . Location was everything !!! Safe and walkable to all of downtown .……

“We were there two days. When we got back to our room there had been no housekeeping done. My wife went to the office to get some clean towels. She asked why no one cleaned the reply was “we knocked and no one answered””

“Reception was ok. On entering the room I could smell dog. A few minutes later my wife stood a piece of kibble. Told reception,in fairness they offered a room change but had already unpacked and was only there one night. Went for a drink at the bar in the evening. Staff didn't really seem interested in serving. When the bill came they'd charged for the costliest pino rather than the one my wife pointed out . Took $100 incidentals on arrival. Assured it would be repaid on departure. It……
