“I have found my new "dream vacation"! Stumbled across this place through searching for somewhere to stay in Agadir for a couple of days, and decided to take the risk to go outside of the city instead of staying closer to the beach/airport, which had been my original intention. Now I can't WAIT to go back! Absolute paradise: stunning, incredible food, gorgeous rooms, fantastic service, and the most beautiful pool I have ever seen! Spent the most glorious 48 hours of my 2-week PT/Moroccan trip……

“The property is in a great location within walking distance to Souk El Had, which is exactly what I was looking for. It does need updating as the rooms are very outdated, but were comfortable. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is however a manager that is usually downstairs that could be a bit more professional. He did not realize that I understand the local language and was rudely talking about me to another staff complaining about me eating a snack in the lobby area. I also……

“the room was nice and clean. The breakfasts every morning were great and they accommodated my early departure to the bus stop. All in all, i had a very pleasant stay. ”

“I stayed at Hotel Argana Agadir on an all-inclusive basis, but my experience was disappointing. There was no free water provided either in the restaurant or in the room, which is surprising for an all-inclusive hotel. In the bathroom there was only bar soap instead of liquid handwash. Also, on the first day there was a bad smell coming from the toilet, which made the bathroom unpleasant to use. These basic issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel improves these……

“La chambre et le lit était confortable mais un appartement pour 4 avec un lit et un canapé, pas canapé lit, juste canapé pour lequel, on a demandé 4 fois des draps, c'était compliqué. La salle de bain aux normes PMR ps du tout adapté, il y avait de l'eau partout. On a fait que une nuit et une courte nuit, on ne serait pas rester.”

“Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, jedoch schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool. Pool sieht ebenfalls sauber aus, wurde von uns jedoch wegen der kalten Außen Temperaturen nicht genutzt. Super Frühstück. ”

“The bedrooms and bathrooms clearly need renovation. The bedding and towels were very old, and although they were white, they appeared yellowish in colour. We requested fresh towels, but the replacements were in the same condition. There was also no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee, which was inconvenient.”

“Awful. As soon as we landed, room filthy, not cleaned. Stains on the sheets. BLOOD! Found in some areas too! Hotel refused to help sort it. Expedia failed to help to saying they couldnt contact the hotel. Wasted money and a holiday.”

“Unfortunately my roon was too Noisy for six days' of my holiday.Also the amenities where of a poor standard.”

“No washcloths in bathroom, matress was rather hard, and i found it difficult to regulate the room temp. Staff was friendly. Most places I stay make breakfast available by at 6:30; here, 7:00, which is inconvenient for earlier flights out or meetings. Certainly not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but not 4-5 star quality. ”

“I found the hotel to be very welcoming this was my second visit and I must say what makes this hotel is the staff, special shout out to Mehdi, Ismail, Ayoube, Aymane and Abderahim always had a smile on their faces and as a solo traveller always open to chat. The reason I gave 4* instead of 5 is I don't feel the rooms are of 5* quality. My room was always spotless just like the rest of the hotel. Paul”
