"So ill start with everything good then ill go to what I didnt like. The atmosphere and the way everything looks is amazing, I loved that about the hotel, honestly very nice, the Spa, Hammam and massage was fantastic I would love to do again. The staff were very friendly and helped us with multiple things. There are multiple places to eat close by which makes it a great location. I didnt really eat at the hotel because it is very overpriced, an Omelette there is like 16€ when you can go to a cafe...

Most places I stay make breakfast available by at 6:30; here, 7:00, which is inconvenient for earlier flights out or meetings. Certainly not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but not 4-5 star quality. "The property is in a great location within walking distance to Souk El Had, which is exactly what I was looking for. It does need updating as the rooms are very outdated, but were comfortable. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is however a manager that is usually downstairs that could be a bit more professional. He did not realize that I understand the local language and was rudely talking about me to another staff complaining about me eating a snack in the lobby area. I also...
