“The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day.”

“Great and beautiful place with lots of space in a beautiful country setting. Would definitely and highly recommend!Everyone enjoyed their stay. The only thing that was a disappointment was there was no tv in downstairs living/sitting room. There is a tv area upstairs with ample seating and a tv in the master bedroom only. There were some sporting events (NFL preseason, NASCAR, UFC) we wanted to have on/watch and would have been nice to have that option. We spent most of our time in kitchen and……

“The farmhouse is exactly as pictured and described- it's cute, it has charm, it has creaky floors! If you're a light sleeper, be aware you'll hear the floors! I would suggest bringing a child gate or two for the stairs or a bedroom for younger kids. Ann, the owner, makes check-in super easy. The street is quiet and peaceful. The drive to Taghannock Falls Park and the viewing site are super close. Getting to downtown Ithaca took only about 15 minutes including time to park. Nice place to……

“Beautiful, quiet property overlooking the Seneca Lake valley. It was nice to sit and have my morning coffee on the porch while taking in the scenery. The house was very clean and well furnished. Good communication with the host.”
