“Location is perfect for visiting Newport. Walking distance to so many restaurants, beaches and the Mansions. Highly recommend staying here. ”

“This house is in a perfect location to walk to everything you want to enjoy in Newport. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't need it again the whole stay. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to relax and they even serve homemade baked goods for breakfast. This is the second time I have stayed at Admiral Syms house and will definitely be back.”

“Such a sweet suite where attention has been given to every detail… From the cozy coastal decor, comfy bed, great books on the history of the area and binder of places to go and things to do to the kitchen area stocked with utensils, paper goods, coffee pods and teabags. “Dropped into Newport for a long weekend to have a weekend away and to see our son's final rugby match of the year. Despite the wet and chilly weather we had a great time as always hanging in Newport”

“The studio is perfect in every way. A very comfortable bed, the kitchen had all we needed, a nice size bathroom, plenty of seating, and the ac/ceiling fan kept the temperature just right. “Spacious home very close to waterfront. Easy walk to restaurants, cliff walk, and more. The home had everything we needed for a great stay. We loved the rooftop deck. Parking can be difficult during peak season. We would stay here again! ”

“This property is exactly as advertised: a pet friendly, spacious studio (garage) loft in the woods with outdoor space shared with the owners, who are very friendly. The kitchen is set up for breakfast so that you're free to explore dining options for lunch and dinner.”

“All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done.”

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
