“Our stay has been amazing! A perfect locating for a small family. Enough space to relax and kids to play. Very clean and organized, everything seems brand new! Our host lives on the property and has been extremely kind and helpful. I can not reccommend it enough!”

“Diane and Paul were fantastic hosts, with great support and guidance throughout the trip. The carriage house is on their property but you never felt any lack of privacy. We had the pleasure of interacting with Diane and her family as we’d come and go. The location is fantastic, short walk to many shops,coffee, and the ocean. The property itself is gorgeous! Open layout, comfortable decor with a beach vibe. The kitchen is well stocked, and little helpful items in home to make your stay easier,……

“Good vibrations was a wonderful place for our family of four to spend Easter weekend while visiting family nearby!”

“We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep.”

“It was labeled a non-smoking room but smelled of smoke. The front desk clerk was rude and the hotel itself was outdated and deluxe is definitely wrong.”

“The jacuzzi tub didn’t work, the place smelled of marijuana. The decor was old and outdated. Very dissatisfied.”

“This property was extremely disappointing. I know they are working on updating free property but the rugs were stained. The towels were STAINED. I expect nice clean non stained towels. I asked for a no smoking room a d I believe it was an old smoking room by the door where people smoke.”

“Not remotely as pictured. Had to go up 2 flights of stairs to reach room. No elevator. No sofas, just 1 old chair. 2 low lumpy twin beds. No bedside tables or lamps. Really bad.”

“The property was great and lots of places to walk my dog. I liked the location, next to the vineyard and easy drive to downtown Newport. My only minor complaint was that I went to the guest services to talk to them about the ants in the kitchen (it rained a lot so I understand ants can happen) and they said they would treat the kitchen that afternoon and they never showed up.”
