“The hotel room is huge, and every detail is perfect. From the watch to the wine, everything is impeccable. Moreover, the hotel's location is close to the center of Bath, making it incredibly convenient for finding food and going shopping. The staff is also extremely polite, and the handsome young man from concierge, in particular, is exceptionally nice to us. He attentiveness made my partner and me feel like VIPs. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend everyone to try……

“It is my bad experience as during check in, we can pay by cash. No toothbrush and toothpaste are provided and we need to spend more then £10 to buy in the gasoline station nearby. I think it is not stated when I made the reservation. ”

“Great location and friendly staff. However the room is considerably small given the price of the room, for 2 person without luggages, we had to keep moving the furniture in order to move around. The heating in the room took a long time to heat up and the bathtub in the room did not work. ”

“Lovely hotel, food and staff. The walk along the side of the canal into Bath was a true pleasure. Beautiful views of the Avon from the bar & restaurant. The staff were friendly and I can fully recommend the Fillet Steak, Panna Cotta Dessert and the Full English Breakfast. The parking is a bit tight, but even on the busy Saturday night, there were alternative car parking spaces available and 2 or 3 large cars managed to squeeze in fine, without causing an obstruction. I was also surprised to find……

“去年九月已經 Expedia 預定 曾經入住過的Francis Hotel classic room，在行程單上説明會送一支紅酒的，但酒店職員説沒有顯示，最後補送了。花洒組合設計不佳，因去水平台太淺，女士們洗頭加洗澡一定溢滿平台而弄濕整個洗手間；而供應的洗澡及洗髮液只有姆指大的容量不能照顧到兩位成人住客。尤幸職員友善，及位於酒店地下的 BB 餐廳值得推薦，晚上用餐情調極佳，當晚侍侯的 Salvador 服務一流，應該一讚。 酒店整體很好，只需留意一些細節加以改善，保持水準。”
