“The water in my hotel room had visible sediment and significant discoloration for all three days. The staff initially dismissed it as harmless, but another staff member later admitted it was much worse than usual. While the room was clean, the building was old and noisy, and the staff’s overall response was not helpful. They continued to take reservations without addressing the water issue, which was disappointing and unprofessional.”
