Likes - location, close to the center of old town and bus service. Staff was very friendly. Dislikes - room and shower were extremely small, barely room to move. We have stayed in eight cities in Spain this year and this room was the smallest by far. AC only blew extremely hot air (set by hotel). Very noisy.

Good option in Toledo. Very nice staff and great location. You can either walk into town or have close access to one of the escalators.

Ir con pareja cuando las habitaciones son para parejas (aunque son muchísimo más pequeñas que en las fotos), no se puede poner al lado a familias como tal. El secador que me dieron estaba roto de un lateral y los jabones, jabones no eran (ponia que tenía utensilios de baño) y habría que especificar que de pelo no hay.

Es muy bien ubicado, es un lugar limpio y cómodo. El único inconveniente para mí fue que nos asignaron la habitación del ático y el techo es bajo lo cual dificulta moverse por allí. La relación precio beneficio es muy adecuada.

No he visto nada igual en la vida, nos tuvimos que ir a otro sitio, las habitaciones pagadas y 6 personas en la calle, gracias que había más hoteles porque nos vimos en la calle con * mucho frío, una experiencia horrible de noche , tuvimos que llamar a la policía

Un sitio muy acogedor. La habitación acorde con lo anunciado. Situado dentro del casco antiguo. El edificio parece histórico y que estás dentro de una casa medieval adecentada con las comodidades del S. XXI. Si volvemos creo que repetiríamos. El personal es amabilísimo.

The bathroom had a terrible stink, the mattress and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

De accommodatie ligt zeer centraal in Toledo, op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Het is niet met de auto te bereiken, dus een stuk lopen met de bagage. Het is een twee sterren hotel en dat is te merken aan de staat van onderhoud en de inrichting van de kamers. Het ontbijt was voldoende/goed

Beds and towels were very clean; walls and ceilling so so. Air conditionning wasnt working properly in our room at least (during night, room temperature was about 24-26oC).

Nos gustó la decoración y el servicio de desayuno, variado y completo. El personal ayudó con mucha amabilidad a resolver cuestiones de logística no relacionadas con el Hotel, y eso es muy notorio y lo agradecemos.

Friendly, characterful and good value. Quirky, tasteful, spacious en-suite bedroom. In need of a little freshening up but good at the price. And the AC was fully functional and much appreciated.
