“This property is a little hidden gem. Has a pool and right on the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone! ”

“First time sharing a space for a rental - very positive experience! Addie greeted us on arrival and showed us to our bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom was nicely decorated and bathroom had everything we needed. Bedroom had a nice flat screen TV with Netflix for streaming movies. Home-made breakfast was offered which was a nice option. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything in Port Orange.”

Information that visitors might need was posted and easy to read. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful, happy hour was complimentary and a lot of fun! “Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves”

“The place had a great brand new pool. The management was easy to get a hold of and responded to questions instantly. The only downside was the air conditioner broke and a few other maintenance issues during our stay but the management had workers out the next day and the suites are getting renovated in the next couple of weeks. This is a great place that you can just walk to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with items so you can cook and have coffee. There are beach towels ready for use. ……

“Such a cute little place and my daughter and i enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and neat. I appreciate that there were plates, cups, silverware in the room. There is nowhere to put toiletries in the shower and there aren't any hooks to hang up wet towels. Those qre really the only complaints I have about the room. If we go back next year, I would gladly stay here again!”

“Still in the process of renovating…however, it was well maintained. Disappointed that the hot tub was not working, considering our visit was in February and days were cool. All the staff we encountered were very nice, polite and helpful when necessary. Would consider staying here again when in the Daytona Beach area.”

“This place was pretty typical of a beach town with public beaches. Very close to the beach with a private entrance. Lovely beach. The room faces the main street so a lot of street noise. Worth the price, though. I did not want to pay local hotel prices and I felt safe, comfortable, and content.”

“Only complaints, was when arriving, they had double booked the first room they gave us, someone was already in it, but staff handled quickly by changing our room. Second was power went off in room several times Saturday night, but maintenance always came quick. They thought it was because they were fully sold out and it was just over worked. Issues were quickly and politely taken care of professionally by staff.”
