Tongxiang Spa Hotel

"The room has a musky and moldy bad smell. TV was not working properly. Did mention to staff about the smell, they offered 2 other rooms and all were equally smelly. Took one that I thought smell the least but turns out the whole night it just got worst. Sheets were very moist, so uncomfortable and smelly. Couldn’t sleep as I had hard time breathing, the smell was just so bad. Had diarrhea after dining at the only restaurant available there. Saw cockroach in the room. For alila standard, this is...

"The rooms with king size bed is surprisingly smaller than the rooms with 2 single beds. Good location to enjoy Wuzhen especially at night. The breakfast spread are good."

"My second time of staying at this hotel. It's not the best location in Tongxiang, but convienent for me. The staff are very friendly and helpful, although their English is limited we manage. The rooms themselves while being comfortable, the decoration is looking tired and needs redoing. Breakfast has a good selection. There are 2 restaurants both of which offer good food and there is a bar."
