"Great location, nice place, great view! You still need to drive to a beach but the views of the water are nice! Beds were comfortable. The hose outside was nice to clean sand off. We had a problem with hot water that wasn't addressed and there is a lot of street noise. But on the whole it was great and we would stay again."

"This was the best rental I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay at. Lisa was great and the place was just the quaintness place ever. Pictures are good but being there is the best by fare. The cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at as well. Lisa thought of everything and the windows with the tress are peaceful and tranquilI’ll definitely be back to this little slice of heaven !! Thank you Lisa for sharing your little piece of heaven with us."

"Everything was great. The room was super clean. The bed was excellent. The sheets were excellent. It was great that there was a little kitchenette. The Wi-Fi was great. The TV was great. The only thing that I have to complain about is that there was no air-conditioning and it was pretty hot. I’m sure it was listed somewhere in the room listing, but it’s not really even something that I think about checking. I think that if a room costs more than $200 a night and it’s in LA it’s gonna have air-conditioning. Again, I take responsibility for this, but it is a downside to this property. Probably 80% of the year it doesn’t even matter. I would absolutely stay here again, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Just be aware of that."
