"Quality of the personal hygiene materials were not good ( no conditioner , bad quality shampoo and soap, no shaving stuff ,…). The concierge personnel were friendly and helpful , we had issue with the bad smell in our room at the beginning but they changed it for us . Poor communication as we didn’t know there is any shuttle available from airport or a buffet exist in the hotel as we had difficulties for such a things too much . But overall was a good place to stay ! "

"Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathrooms are outdated and hallways smelled heavily like spoke. Staff around the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant options were great and convenient. We loved the restaurant options right outside the hotel as well. Will definitely stay here again. "
