The kitchen had all we needed to cook and share Christmas dinner with relatives. There are games and books to occupy those times when not enjoying the beauty of Topsail Island. The setting is peaceful with a very short walk to the beautiful and dog friendly beach. We highly recommend this home."

"Our VRBO had 180 degree views of the backwater and intercoastal waterways (unit is waterfront with no blocked views) with stunning sunsets. Both decks and all of the bedrooms had water views. The elevator made luggage and food handling easy and the unit was only a couple of minute walk to the beach. At the time of year we went , beaches were almost empty and no waits at the many local restaurants "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Serenity Point. The area lives up to it's name. It was quiet, peaceful, and a friendly neighbor. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. That was a great help. Didn't have to pack linens, towels, etc. Everything was clean and nice. Beautiful views of the ocean and sound. Great place to walk around the peninsula. We had our dog with us and we were able to let him off leash . He thoroughly enjoyed it also. Krisha was a great host. Very responsive to our questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again. Fully equipped kitchen although some cookware may need replacing soon. Everyone in our family commented how comfortably the beds were-a BIG factor in enjoying vacation time!!"
