“It was a great experience even for a single night stay. The added coffee bar was great for the morning. I came down to run and have a relaxing day and it was perfect will be staying again! ”

“Connie got in touch with us the day of check in and allowed us to get in the apartment early. The apartment was easy to find and we used the door code supplied to get in. The apartment was clean and comfortable and was just right for our visit. Connie was a great host and made every effort to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.”

“Really nice, brand new room. Full size kitchen. Walking distance to pier and restaurants”

“Clean, modern, and a perfect suite for our quick beach trip while visiting friends in NC. I wish we would have booked a few more nights! We will be back!”

“The host was accomdating. The condo could be better. I feel like if I owned it I would keep it up better. Rusted heat vent in the bathroom, dirty fans, handle broken on microwave, door very hard to open and shut. The worst thing was not knowing that there is no beach even at low tide. That would be good to show in pics or at least explain so people who don't normally stay that far down the island can make and informed decision.”

“The rooms were nice and clean. They are open like a studio apartment but that worked good for our three families that rented three rooms. It was really nice to have a full kitchen. The pullout wasn’t too comfortable but the beds were. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This brand new and clean property is just a short minute walk from the beach. Excellent communication from the property manager and check-in/out was a breeze. Thank you for a great stay!”

“This property is lovely and everything we hoped for the only complaint I have is about check-in/check out times. Currently they are set and don't offer early or late check in /check out times or additional parking passes. Parking on surf city is very difficult , so these amenities would be helpful.”

“Very clean and quiet. It was stocked well. Host was very responsive. Small but charming.”

“When I arrived the manager of the property was at the lockbox wear my keys were. He gave me an awesome greeting. The other people there made me a little nervous at first. But when I started talking to them I realized they were good people. If you are needing a place to stay for a good price I would recommend.”

“Very nice spot. Cozy, smells good, and free snacks. Host was nice and even gave us some suggestions on what to do in the area.”

“Compared to other places I've stayed nearby, this one offered a solid balance of price and comfort. Saw that there was an iron in the closet which came in handy last minute when going out.”

“Great place! Imke was amazing! Centrally located, and close to the beach.”
