I have lived in and been to Rome many times, and this was the perfect mix of location, size, safety, and amenities. The front desk staff (esp Massimo) was beyond friendly and helpful! Wish I was still there.」

「The hotel was super clean and modern. Staff was amazing and helped with every request I had including taxi service (as this hotel is about 15-20mins from the main city center). They helped organize tours and made sure our stay was welcoming. Pool area had lounge chairs and provided towels for guests. They offered food, drinks and gelato available for purchase. The spa was wonderful and had several packages for all types of budgets. My stay here was cozy and I would highly recommend.」

「De centrale ligging in hartje Rome, een prima huis voor maar 70 euro, nodigt uit tot elke dag nieuwe stadsontdekkingen. Bij hartje stad hoort helaas ook veel buitenlawaai, dag en nacht. Maar de eigenaren van Palazzo Olivia hebben voor geluiddichte afsluiting gezorgd en als je liever met open ramen slaapt neemt dan oordopjes mee.」

「It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on...

「The room was very clean and the staff made check in and check out speedy and stress free. I liked that the reception was 24/7. Only downfall was that the restaurant didnt serve food in the evenings so when we arrived we had to find alternative food places but the staff were helpful in recommending some good food places. 」
