“Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. Family of 4 had to hike to get some food in a local restaurant and wait for a call from the property management team. In the meantime I found a different……

“Best views in Brixham! With huge windows on two sides of the open plan kitchen / living area, you can look down at the harbour and out to sea to watch the trawlers. Harbour views from one bedroom as well. Large balcony with furniture to take in the views. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Shower in the en suite. Bath only in the other bathroom. Parking and therefore loading is not easy nor convenient. Even if you have a very small car, the road is narrow and will take some manoeuvring. You……

“Plus: v clean & tidy. Modern equipment.comfy sofas.parking. Cons: slippery shower base - needs a rubber mat.need booklet on equipment to explain the controls. Needs a secondary form of heating eg oil fired electric radiator.”
