“Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. Family of 4 had to hike to get some food in a local restaurant and wait for a call from the property management team. In the meantime I found a different……

“It wasn't the room we thought we were getting (different photos which are misleading). It wasn't child friendly as my Son could get his hands on everything and we had to keep him in a highchair the majority of the time we were in the room to make sure he didn't hurt himself. The bathroom smelt of sewage and the toilet had a heavy flow leak (rectified by the owner but needs a more permanent fix as he said the pipes lose). A lot of noisy cars with loud exhausts throughout the night as we were……

“Wasnt what we were expecting. This flat can only accommodate 4 people not 6. No fans proviede, the blinds were no good, just let the sunlight in the rooms.”

“We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. ”

“We stayed with Marie with two adults and two dogs. The cottage was as described and in a really good location. Parking was never a problem in October either. We didn't particularly like Paington itself, but it was a great place for lots of activities. The cottage is small but very nice, we had everything we needed and communication with Marie worked very well. We were welcomed with scones, cream, and marmalade.
