“Booked the house to stay, 5 months in advance. Had no contact from the owner, so emailed with 1 month until stay date. Was assured everything was fine. They contacted a week and half before stay date to cancel due to routine maintenance. Three hours on the phone to book somewhere else, to be told I had to wait 72 hours before we could rebook. Asked to have my money back and was told 14 days for a refund. Shocking service!”

“Impress by the house. Easy to travel to Bristol and Bath. Everything equipped, very tidy and clean Well responded host We enjoyed our stay and definitely will visit again ”

“This is a cute property within walking distance to a bus stop. The owners are highly responsive to questions/needs. Air conditioning would have been nice as it was extremely hot during our stay, but this is a nice property overall.”
