“The jetted tub switch was completely gone, outside light was hanging off the post, location was noisy. The staff took over 3 hours deciding how or if I was going to get refunded for the rest of my stay. I would not recommend this place. I’ve stayed at Super 8’s before and never had an issue so that’s why I decided to book this one”

“This is in a great location. Right near a go station or even the street car that runs west to east along lakeshore boulevard and queen street. Highly recommend checking out port credit to the west for a night out as well as some of the food in Lakeview as well around the hotel.”

“I was disappointed because the pictures on the website showed a nice clean updated room with a glass enclosed shower. The room I was given was old a rundown, hadn't seen a paintbrush in at least a decade, and had a basic tub in the bathroom. When I asked was told that there were no other room available. They should actually show you the room your getting or update all the rooms. Sadly the inside looks like a dump just like the outside. Next time I'll spend $20 more and go to the Best Western”

“TV in room but no remote. Towels but tub had many stains and did not look clean, plus very poor lighting and tub/shower area was very dark. No WIFI yet it is advertised as offered, and room left me and my clothes smelling like smoke. I left a day early taking a loss on the fee paid.”
