“We had a fabulous week at the Isle of Mull Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our sea view room stunning. We ate at the bar and in the restaurant and both were amazing, staff were polite and attentive, especially Sean. The hotel is great for touring round the island and provided us a comfortable and convenient base for our trip. Only downside was the pool wasn't open as there was a problem with the heating of the water, but I think that was nearly fixed as we left. Spa was open though,……

“The room was immaculately clean. As a female I was given the room with a toilet which was appreciated. There was cereal in the room and a fridge with drinks and yoghurt so it was well thought out. The room was very good value. My only thought is that the entrance into the front garden could have been better. “The great thing about this hotel was the location. It’s a lovely quiet location a short walk from the town. The room was ok. Clean. Bathroom door stuck every time and the bottom sheet was not big enough for the twin beds that had been pushed together. The downside was that there was a comment that we had booked through Expedia when we arrived. We know that booking through third party companies rather than directly can lead to guests being given the less favourable rooms which can be……
