I missed not having a Coffee machine but had decided to take my spare Nespresso machine and capsules

I missed not having a Coffee machine but had decided to take my spare Nespresso machine and capsules there instead. There were no glasses suitable for Juice at breakfast. The kitchen oven gloves had dirty food on them so clearly had not been washed after last use. The key safe outside on the wall by the door was broken but we managed to open it and the cover fell onto the floor. The entrance key pad for the parking did not work and we were stuck for a while until we found out that there was another pad that did work on the inside of the gates. The keypad to the bin store did not work on the morning we left so we took our last rubbish away home with us. The heating boiler did not work on the thermostat when we arrived there and after a chilly night we checked in the morning and the boiler control was in the OFF position so we had to alter that to get any heating.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with outstanding views over Torbay.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with outstanding views over Torbay. The apartment has been equipped with everything you need. Beds are so comfortable and all rooms have electric blinds and curtains to block out any daylight if needed. Nice restaurants and a Costa directly underneath the apartment block with no major noise or disruption. The location makes it ideal for walking or travelling in both directions to local tourist spots. There are lots of amazing restaurants in the centre of town and local fish is amazing! We would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect location with bus and rail links nearby. We didn’t move the car all week. Views from balcony are amazing. Apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. Ideal base for exploring the local area. We will be returning.

Terrific apartment with great views & superb location.

Terrific apartment with great views & superb location. Would definitely stay here again. Only improvement would be some summer weight duvets. The apartment is warm and sadly the traffic noise at night is such that difficult to sleep with windows open- so a tog 10 is a bit beefy for August!

First class in all respects.

First class in all respects. If I were to suggest any changes it would be on a very minor scale and purely down to particular needs. The only very minor point that I will mention is the slightly limited practical user information on a number of the exceptionally good pieces of equipment provided. I found searching through a huge pdf document on a 4 inch phone screen to find out how to turn on the superb washing machine a bit of a chore. The microwave/combi/grill/thingy was a bit of a challenge. These minor issues in no way affected our enjoyment and satisfaction and we have every intention of a return.

The apartment was very nice except for the very noisy road which was so bad we couldn't sit on the balcony for more than about ten minutes. The air conditioning was very noisy in the lounge but the owner told us to turn it off so that then wasn't a problem. The lighting in the kitchen could of been better. We would stay there again because being level and so easy to get to the car was amazing. Just a shame about the noise and lighting.
