"The staff was so helpful. It’s an old palace and the breakfast room is just beautiful. Our room was large with one room with couch and TV and another room as our bedroom. Very cool experience the breakfast is great with lots of choices."

"Fantastic hotel & lovely room, although it was quite small. It had everything I needed but I struggled to find anywhere, apart from the floor, to put my case. Very impressed with the drinks & snacks available in the foyer during the afternoon. Great to be able to have a cold drink or a coffee when I arrived back from my sightseeing!"

"This place was great. We loved the location and the breakfast were outstanding. Room was large and cool. We had a bathtub and it was very relaxing and comfortable. they even had a bicycle we used to drive around the city walls. Loved it!"

"The location was excellent, within the walled city of Lucca and nice and quiet. Close to restaurants and bike rentals. The room itself was lovely, clean and comfortable. Valentina was very helpful and made sure we had everything we need. I would recommend this place to others and stay here again!"
