"Felt safe, property was clean, nice breakfast. Price was way too much! It is a very small apartment but in pictures appears large. We went to Leticia to visit family so this was close to them. They should provide a microwave, because it’s very hard to heat fast food on a gas stove with pots that stick. Staff were nice. Laundry cost was crazy! So we had to tough it out and hand wash items."

"This was a fantastic apartment with air conditioning and a nice hammock outside. The management was great to communicate with. Very family friendly. It's a nice house in Leticia and a great home base. Everything you could want is within walking distance and if you want to go into tabatinga or take a longer trip, tuk tuks are easy to find."
