"Hotel Riu was overall a great place to vacation. All inclusive food and drink was great. Views from the pool were beautiful. The only thing that needs to change is the form provided my the transportation company. It either needs to change to a mobile device friendly form or the customers needs to be informed that it needs to be filled out on a desktop computer. Many visitors had to take a taxi and pay out of pocket for transportation."

"We had the swim up room and it was absolutely WONDERFUL! My husband and I traveled without any kids so it was nice to have the swim up room facing the adult pool. The variety of food options was great…restaurant, outside barefoot grill, 24-hour room service. Great nightly entertainment for adults (live band) and children (current movies on an outside screen). Only downside is that you cannot swim at the beach at the hotel because it is too dangerous. Watching the waves day and night was extremely peaceful though. Other public beaches (Chileno Bay and Playa de Santa Maria) are available nearby (about 8-10 mins away)…catch an Uber (super cheap!)."

"Pros: Beautiful property nice pools, clean, friendly staff, nice rooms with great air conditioning. Cons: Food prices are higher than expected but that seems to be common in all the hotels. Definitely Los Angeles prices. But if you venture out to the city there’s a ton of cheap options."

"The pool was lovely. The gym was great(not many heavy weights) but good overall. The stairs to the private beach (85 total) were easy to navigate. I love the location. We are already planning on coming back."

"The hotel was beautiful; the room décor and beds were excellent, the views from the pools and restaurants were magnificent, and the staff was very friendly and professional. It was easy to Uber to both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo where the cuisine, shopping, and nightlife were excellent. I would highly recommend the Hilton Los Cabos."

"Outstanding service, great pools, Talay and Morea were are favorite restaurants, Mezcal not so much, the staff is very well staffed, and all the restaurants and coffee shop a 15% gratuity is added automatically and a 16% tax. It’s in pesos however they give you the dollar amount so you don’t have to have any guest work on how much it actually cost you. Breakfast for two was around $100. Dinner could be 100 to 200 that does not include any drinks. Overall I think reasonable for a high-end Cabo experience. The beach sand is a little grainy but it’s not a problem. The bay is beautiful and good for swimming."
