「This property was very special. It is out of the way with direct access to Canyon of the Ancients NM. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and functional. The hosts were accommodating. The views are spectacular. The water needs getting used to though (alkaline?) but a RO filter in the kitchen helps.」

「The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez.」

「Everything was great. Owners really tried to make things staying there super easy. It is close to the downtown area so we really did not have to drive far. Everything was comfortable. The only thing is that we travel with our dogs and we did appreciate the accommodation taking them in the back since they were smaller dogs was a challenge. 「This little place is super cute and SO easy to stay in. The light switches and drawers all included labels, so finding things was really simple. Lots of really cool pine countertops, tables and shelves (if you appreciate quality woodwork). The location was quiet and pastoral, but only a few miles from Cortez and its assortment of restaurants. If I ever head to Mesa Verde again - which I may - this will be my first choice.」

「It had a large living room. The owner allowed us to bring family to the house to play games and visit. I appreciate the space for our visit.
The house was clean and had good pans and dishes so we could provide for my uncles, aunts, and cousins that stopped by. I would recommend to make the stairs a little lower for older guests to enter easier.」
