“We thin k this was our 7th or 8th stay at this location - we love the area and the quiet .... the weather was perfect. You are close to Ellicottville and away in the country at the same time ....”

“We had a great time staying here as a family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds and the cozy play corner up in the loft. So much natural lighting! I loved how wide the door and some windows were for letting in fresh air. Being close to the river was a nice touch! We found some really neat rocks and enjoyed the walks. We also enjoyed the fire pit and sunsets in the field. We cooked our meals in the treehouse, and ate down at the picnic table. I almost packed a tray - regretted not after many……

This was a great homebase for our adventures and loved sitting by the campfire admiring the pond and wildlife.Would certainly stay there again!”
