「The bathroom had ZERO counter space. We had to switch rooms because the first one reeked of cigarette smoke. Not the hotel's fault, but the cleaning staff should have done a more thorough job cleaning or let it air out before assigning people to the room.」

「Stayed for 3 nights on 2nd floor. Decent parking, fast and friendly check in. Hotel needs renovations and safety checks. Railing on entry steps to indoor pool is wobbly and dangerous. Pool is okay but small and deep for small kids. Hot tub is lukewarm. Room was okay. Basic and decently clean. Shower pressure was just okay, took 5 minutes to get hot water. No working bathroom fan. Elevators are jerky and the handrail is broken. Beds, blankets and pillows are decent. AC worked great. TV was huge...

「The staff was great, friendly, and super helpful. The lobby is nice and the room was good aside from being unable to avoid being sprayed in the face by cold water each time we used the shower as there is no way to avoid it. Our room was also not cleaned once during our stay. Minor complaints, overall it was a decent place to stay. 」
