“Nora and Scott's home was a great place to stay after a day on Saratoga Lake! It is about a 15-20 min drive to Saratoga Lake and downtown Saratoga. The rooms were very large and able to accommodate my family perfectly. Also, having a home that allows my furry family member is always a plus! Nora was incredibly responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with us!”

“Much needed family retreat! We lost our daughter-in-law last year, so we postponed our family vacation until this year. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It was a great time of healing and renewal. The house is charming, but a little drafty. Plenty of rooms for our large family. We had a bit of trouble getting in on the first day (not the fault of the host), but Vasili was very responsive and we figured out the problem. Beautiful location!”

“The carriage house is exactly what I needed for a short day. There were some slight issues checking in, but the host got them resolved pretty quickly. The house is very clean and comfortable. I know previous reviews mentioned heating issues, but that wasn’t a concern because there were heaters in every room. The location was perfect for what I needed and had beautiful views. Overall, I’m really happy with where I chose.”

“This is a wonderful place if you like peace and quiet. The host was awesome! They have thought of everything! Only problem we had was with Google directing us to the wrong address but our host was super helpful in getting us back on track.”

“Joshua's place was a FANTASTIC place to use as a "homebase" for touring the Saratoga Springs area. We were in town to tour historical sites and the close proximity to Saratoga National Battlefield, U.S. Grant's Cottage and even Ft. Ticonderoga (a short hour+ drive through the beautiful countryside) was the best feature. The natural and serene community surrounding the house made you feel a world away from the city yet it was only a short drive to wonderful restaurants, shopping and the race……

“Great location. The amenities were great. Private beach and pool. It is also walking distance from the town restaurants and bars. We would stay here again.”

“Place is a little outside of town, which wasn’t an issue for us at all — maybe a 2-minute drive. The hotel room was clean and no-frills but had everything we needed. The pool was great, and we loved having the pool bar right on-site with good food and drink options. The beach area was clean, although the lounge chairs were pretty worn and could definitely use an upgrade. The kayaks were awesome and the staff was super helpful and friendly! The only thing I’d add would be some firepits — they……
