“Lovely secluded property if that's what you're looking for-the train adds charm. Conveniently located next to a little market that has something for everyone whether you want to cook or not. 20 minutes from Addison/Corning/Woodhull where there are cute local spots to check out.The house has all the creature comforts you could want-we were there during a heat wave and the host had the AC cranked for us when we arrived. If you're traveling with multiple adults I would suggest bringing an air……

“This property was an excellent option for our family. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner was very accommodating as we wanted to make corn on the cob one night and he had a brand new large pot brought to us. It was a great central location as we took day trips to Hammondsport, Penn Yan, Watkins Glen and Geneva. One family took a day trip to Ithaca.”

“The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day.”

They are wonderful hosts, attentive without inserting themselves.They offered tours of the considerable trails on the property and recommended one of the best wineries in the area. “It was a very peaceful and restful stay, loved the donkeys (Pepper and Maverick) and the goat/dog (Lucas). Diana loved the horses and her two rides.”
