“This was the perfect location for a long weekend! Very quiet, private, and the VIEWS! It’s only an 11 minute drive to Ellicotville. I know Ellicotville is Ski Country, and this would be the perfect stay for you! But, the 70 degree weather in late summer early fall is gorgeous too! The porch and all the seating! This place had 5 beds and a futon that were all very cozy. Large TV in the living room and an even bigger one on the bottom floor so don’t forget the kiddos gaming systems! Kitchen has……

“We chose Early Bird Ranch for its proximity to where our large family reunion was held. What a delightful surprise! Dave greeted us warmly and was a magnificent host, letting us know of all the things in the area. We loved getting fresh pastries and eggs for breakfast at the farm store that the family runs. If this is available the next time we have this reunion, we will absolutely stay here again annd book more days outside the reunion days. Truly a little slice of heaven! ”

“I booked this cabin as an after Christmas trip for my family and our best friends' family. There were a total of 6 adults and 2 teens. Prior to the trip, I contacted the owner with a few questions and he got back to me right away each time. When we arrived, the cabin was clean, very well furnished and had everything we needed while we were there. It even had a Christmas tree and lights which made it so festive! Unfortunately, it rained while we were there so we couldn't use the sleds provided on……
